Derek Poole was a bomber for hire who took a contract to bomb Michael Westen's loft. When his bomb failed to kill Westen, Poole went into hiding but was tracked down by arms dealer Seymour, who handed him over to Westen. Facing certain death, he told Westen everything he knew about his client, at which point Seymour had him shipped off to Suriname.
